Refund & Withdrawal Policy (Digital Products & Online Coaching)

1. No Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products

By purchasing any digital product on this website (including but not limited to online training plans, e-books, templates, programs, or downloadable content), you acknowledge and agree that:

• You gain immediate access to the digital content after purchase.

• According to consumer protection laws for digital goods, the statutory right of withdrawal is waived once the download or access begins.

• Therefore, all sales are final and no refunds or returns are accepted for digital products.

2. Online Coaching Services

For online coaching services (including consultations, check-ins, personalized coaching, or any form of service delivery):

• Once the service has begun or the first coaching materials have been delivered, the right to withdraw is forfeited.

• If you wish to cancel before the service has started, you may request cancellation by contacting us directly at: silvyphysique@gmail.com.

• After coaching has started, no refunds will be issued.

3. No Returns

Because all products are delivered digitally and no physical goods are shipped:

• There are no returns,

• No product needs to be shipped back,

• And no return shipping applies.
